About Tradies365: tradie insurance brokers across Australia
Tradies365 is the tradie insurance side of Connect Business Insurance, a broking business with offices in Perth, Wodonga and the Sunshine Coast. We arrange cover for sole traders and small crews in the trades, right across Australia.
Brokers, not an insurer.
We don't issue policies or decide claims. We ask about your trade, your work and your contracts, get you quotes from insurers and explain what each one covers and what it doesn't. The insurer decides whether to offer cover, the premium and the terms, and whether a claim is paid and how much. If you need to claim, we manage your claim with the insurer from start to finish.
Call during business hours and you talk to a real person, not a call centre script. We work in plain English, without corporate speak.
Who we are, on paper

Tell us your trade.
A short online form, or a call to the Tradies365 hotline.
We get you quotes.
Our brokers look at the work you actually do and ask insurers to quote on the cover you ask for.
Choose, then get back to work.
Cover starts once you pick a policy and the insurer agrees to it. Plain-English answers, and a real person on the phone when you need one.
